woo/skills is an independent project providing a library of AI agent skills for WooCommerce stores. The website acts as the data controller for personal data collected through https://www.agenticwoo.dev. For any privacy-related questions you can contact us at hello@agenticwoo.dev.

• Contact data. Your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter or contact us directly.
• Chat content.Prompts and responses exchanged in the “Ask agent” chat, including any WooCommerce data the agent retrieves on your behalf during a session.
• Technical data. IP address, browser, device, referrer, pages visited, and approximate location, collected via standard server logs and analytics.
• Cookies and local storage. Small data files used for preferences, security, and analytics. See our Cookies Policy for details.
• Store credentials you provide. If you connect a WooCommerce store to the agent, the API keys and store URL you supply are used only to fulfil your requests during the session.

• To operate, secure and improve the website and the agent chat.
• To respond to your messages, deliver the newsletter you opted into and provide product updates.
• To run the WooCommerce skills against the store you connect, strictly within the scope of the actions you trigger.
• To produce aggregated, non-identifying analytics about site usage and skill popularity.
• To comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms of Service.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies), the performance of a contract with you (providing the agent chat and CLI), our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with vetted processors that help us run the service:

• Hosting and CDN providers for the website and APIs.
• AI model providers used to power the agent chat, who process your prompts and responses on our behalf.
• Email delivery providers used to send the newsletter.
• Analytics and error-tracking providers, configured with privacy-friendly settings where possible.

Any data you choose to send to your own WooCommerce store via a skill is transmitted directly to the URL you configured.

Our processors may be located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on adequacy decisions and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses to safeguard your data.

We retain personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service or to meet legal obligations. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time. Chat transcripts may be stored short-term for abuse prevention and quality monitoring. Server logs are typically rotated within 30 days.

Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights by emailing hello@agenticwoo.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including TLS in transit, scoped credentials, and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on the website or by email when appropriate.
